When you contact us by email, phone, WhatsApp or Facebook, or when you support or partner with us, we receive details such as your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your message. If you make a bank-transfer donation, we handle the name and reference on the transfer and any proof of payment you share, solely to confirm receipt.
• Information collected automatically. This website does not run advertising or analytics tracking. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and operational purposes.
• Photographs. Our gallery and outreach documentation may include photographs of programme participants. These are taken as part of documented outreaches and published with the consent of the adults involved or the guardians of children, in line with our safeguarding commitments. Anyone may request the removal of a photograph in which they appear.

• To confirm and acknowledge support for our programmes;
